How fast can I expect to receive the OTP message?
You can expect to receive the OTP within 60 seconds after tapping on the [Send OTP] button. As the OTP is delivered using SMS, the time taken to receive your OTP will be dependent on your mobile operator's network and traffic conditions.
I did not receive my OTP, what should I do?
Please recheck on the following if you have yet to receive your OTP from Yara:
- Select the correct country code.
- Enter the correct mobile number.
You may click on the link in the app to receive another OTP message if you did not receive one within 60 seconds. If you have done all the above steps but are still unable to receive the OTP, please contact us through any of these channels:
