If you are unable to connect to Kaset Go, this might be caused by a problem with your Internet connection or your phone's settings. There might not be a need to delete and reinstall Kaset Go.
Most connection issues can be resolved by doing any of the following:
- Restart your device by turning it off and turning it back on.
- Update Kaset Go to the latest version available.
- Open Device Settings and turn Airplane Mode on and off.
- Open Device Settings and turn Cellular Data off and on.
- Open Device Settings and turn Wi-Fi off and on.
- Try connecting to different Wi-Fi hotspots.
- Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
- Contact your mobile provider to troubleshoot on the following:
- Verify that your mobile data account is active and in good standing.
- Make sure there are no current outages or problems in your area.
- Check that your device isn't blocked from receiving cellular services.
